One person builds Frasero, and that person reads everything that comes in. Write to info@frasero.com and you will get a reply.

An exercise is wrong

This is the most useful thing you can tell us, and it has its own route: tap the flag in the bottom-left of any card. You can point at the sentence, the options, the explanation, or the translation, and add a note. The report carries the exercise's ID with it, so we can find the exact item without you having to describe it.

If you believe your answer was also correct and the app marked it wrong, say so in the note. Those reports are the ones that change the content fastest.

Something is broken

Email us with what you were doing, what happened, and your phone and app version – the version is at the bottom of the Profile screen. A screenshot helps more than a description.

Delete my data

The deletion page has the exact steps, what gets removed, what survives, and how long it takes. Short version: email info@frasero.com with the identifier from the app's Contact screen, or from the address you gave us – Frasero has no accounts, so one of those is the only way we can find your records.

Suggest something

Especially: an error you keep making that Frasero never asks about. That is the whole point of the app, and the gaps are hard to find from the inside.
