Delete your data

Frasero has no sign-up. The app creates an anonymous account for your installation, and the app can delete it along with everything stored against it. Three things sit outside that account and are removed when you ask by email: a waitlist email, emails you sent us, and the copies of your reports and messages in our internal notifications.

From the app

Open Profile and choose Delete my data. The screen lists what is deleted and what stays. Once you confirm, the app deletes your anonymous account and everything stored against it on our servers at once, then resets itself to a fresh install.

By email

Email info@frasero.com with the subject line "Delete my data" and one of these, so we can find your records:

the identifier from the app's Contact screen – open Profile, then Contact us;
the email address you gave us, sent from that same address. This is the only way to remove a waitlist email.

Without one of those we cannot tell which records are yours, and privacy law does not let us guess. If you uninstalled the app and never gave us an email address, your records are unreachable and expire on their own under our Privacy Policy.

Your progress backup and settings
The record that you accepted our Terms
Reports and messages you sent us. The copies in our internal notifications are removed when you ask by email
Your waitlist email and any emails you sent us, if you ask by email

What stays, and why

Diagnostics. Crash reports are not stored against anything we can search by, and they delete themselves within 90 days.
Technical data. Request logs expire within 30 days.
Corrections to our content. If your report led us to fix an exercise or a lesson, the fix stays. It contains nothing about you.
Backups. Deleted data stays in our encrypted backups until they expire, within one year. If we ever restore one, we delete your records again before it is used.
Anything the law requires us to keep, for only as long as it does.

How long it takes

The app deletes at once. By email, we confirm within 7 days and finish within30 days, or tell you before then if a U.S. state law gives us 45 and we need them. Deletion is permanent: we cannot restore progress once it is gone.
